Cancellation and Refund Policy

However, we understand that there may be instances where a customer needs to cancel an order or request a refund. In such cases, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below:  

Cancellation Policy:  

  • Customers can cancel their order by contacting our customer care within 24 working hours of placing the order and once we receive their cancellation request, we will initiate the refund process.  
  • The buyer must return the products in its original Inner & Outer packaging and condition if the purchase has already been shipped.  

Right of return:  

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all eligible purchases The product must be in its original packaging and in good order to receive a refund.   
  • The consumer must provide a receipt or order number or other purchase document.   
  • The cost of returning the product/products to us is paid by the customer.   
  • 5-7 business days after receiving the product or products, we will review it and begin processing the refund  

Please note that the following Terms and Conditions for a refund:  

       Products Used or damaged by the customer not eligible for refund.  

       Company reserve the right to reject refund/Return requests that do not comply with our policies.
